Chilly Goat Cold Tubs

First time buying a hot tub and I’m glad I came in here. Matt took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything in detail. He didn’t give me the high-pressure sales pitch, like I got at the first place I went. My hot tub was just delivered and I couldn’t be happier! (and relaxed!)

Tatianna made the process super easy for us. She helped us find the right hot tub for our needs and budget. No pressure, just helpful. She checked in with us during the delivery process and even followed up a few days later.

Matt was absolutely fantastic!! We went in simply for a filter and ended up showing us different models of spas and now we want to definitely want to downsize what we currently have. My gosh, “when” you go into the store ask for Matt. You will definitely enjoy him.

We visited 5 different stores. But the sales lady named Tatianna at this store is outstanding. We are very pleased with our purchase. Very noligable and polite. She was professional and down to earth. Best of everything. I recomend visiting her when considering a new hot tub.

This company has been so helpful and knowledgeable about helping us purchase our first hot tub. The sales associates were professional and easy to work with. Tatianna came to my house today and gave me a lot of informational tips regarding how to maintain our new hot tub, Tatianna is very professional and expert, she made sure that i understand everything and she also wrote a step by step guide for me not to forget everything, Shes amazing and for sure we gonna enjoy now our hot tub.
